Hmmmm, tasty

I’m a bit obsessed with anything involving pineapple and BBQ sauce so with much brainstorming (more like dreaming and then waking up to be completely inspired), I decided to make these baked chicken taquitos. They’re slathered on with my favorite BBQ sauce, loaded with caramelized red onions and freshly cut pineapple with melted sharp cheddar goodness throughout a crispy, yet tender tortilla.

Delivery Fee Increase

Big thank you for all your support that you have given us this past year. So much great things have happened to Klik-Eat this past year and you, our loyal customers, are the reason why. One of our main goal when we started Klik-Eat was to provide a fast and reliable food delivery service. Hopefully making your life that much easier.

Striving everyday to try and achieve that goal, starting Tuesday, March 5th, 2013, we will make the following changes:

  • Delivery fee increase to Rp 18,000 (not including 10% government tax)
  • Rp 50,000 minimum order (before tax, service charge and delivery fee)

Those changes will apply to all restaurants who utilizes Klik-Eat delivery staff. Other restaurants who deliver by themselves (such as Chopstix, Ayam Bakar Taliwang, etc) will set their own delivery fee. To find this info, you can check the “Delivery by” and “Delivery charge” in each of the restaurant pages.

There are a couple of reasons that forced us to make those changes:

  • Jakarta minimum wage increase from Rp 1,529,150 in 2012 to Rp 2,200,000 in 2013
  • Parking fee increase to Rp 2,000 - Rp 4,000 for motorcycles

There will be no doubt that quality of service will also increase after this. We will be better positioned to add more delivery staff and hire better human resources, and I hope we can show that on your next order with us.

If you do have any complaints, please do not hesitate to contact our call center manager, Yusuf Wardana at yusuf@klik-eat.com. Any other inquiries can be made to our call center at 021 2954 5000 or cs@klik-eat.com

Kenaikan Biaya Delivery

for english version click here

  • Biaya delivery naik menjadi Rp 18.000 (belum termasuk PPN 10%)

No Printed Invoice & Small Change During Peak Hours

Recently we sent out a survey to some of you to get feedback regarding Klik-Eat, and faster delivery time is one of the highest requested things on your list. We hear you.

Before we go into the topic, it’s best to understand how Klik-Eat delivery works. Currently there are 2 parties responsible for the delivery of your food:

  1. Klik-Eat delivery staff
  2. Restaurant delivery staff

Info regarding who’s delivering your food can be found on each restaurant page. It will say “Delivery by: Klik-Eat” or “Delivery by: Restaurant”. Most of the delivery that happens on our site are handled by Klik-Eat. With hundreds of orders every day, you can start to imagine the difficulties in handling the operation logistics.

Therefore starting Monday (8 October 2012), we will try something new. During Peak Hours, for all delivery handled by Klik-Eat, we won’t be able to bring you Printed Invoice & Change for your cash

Below are some more details:

  • Peak hours are:
    Weekdays 11:00 to 14:00
    Weekdays 18:00 to 20:00
    Sundays 18:00 to 21:00
  • For all internet orders, you will still receive invoice on your email, as usual
  • For phone orders, you will have two options to get your invoice: we can email or fax your invoice
  • If you don’t have exact change to pay for your food, please use one of our internet transaction options http://www.klik-eat.com/pages/how-to-pay/klikbca/

Why are we doing this?
This will make our delivery operation more efficient by not having to return and collect printed invoice and change from one of our offices. This will speed things up and thus, hopefully deliver your food faster

If you have any other questions, please call / email us, or you can comment below
